Indigo

From National Bank to International Top Hotel

At the heart of the Parliamentary District of The Hague, located in a prestigious spot opposite the Royal Palace Noordeinde, you will find Hotel Indigo The Hague – Palace Noordeinde occupying a former bank building of the Nederlandsche Bank. The stately building has been here since 1833, when it was built in a neo-renaissance style, commissioned by the National Bank. This beautiful 19th-century building style with French influences is typified by its horizontal lines, cross-frames and rich natural-stone façades.

Many authentic details have been preserved; unique elements can still be found in the interior…

The Brasserie called Stocks & Bonds is located in the cashiering department of the former Dutch Bank, offering a truly unique design where you can indulge yourself in an atmosphere of luxury.

Come and sit back in the classic ‘old-fashioned’ Gold Bar to enjoy a cocktail or two. Feel welcome to enjoy drinks and snacks, or hop in before or after dinner. On Fridays, Indigo organises a Gin & Tonic night from 5 until 9 PM; with a special G&T for only € 5. In 2019, Indigo will host its first ever Organic Wine Festival.

The Bar is situated downstairs, in the former bank safe area of the building, opposite the original gold safe.

The private dining room, adjacent to the Brasserie, offers a cosy and comfortable setting, perfect for an intimate dinner. This Library Room is available for up to 12 guests. Do you have more than 12 guests? Then opt for The Vault, which can host up to 50 guests for a seated dinner, or up to 80 persons in an informal ‘Walking Dinner’ setting.
