On behalf of Bouwinvest Residential Fund, Bouwinvest has rented out approximately 1,095 m² of living space to Corporate Housing Factory in Park Hoog Oostduin, The Hague. In the ‘plint’, they will be creating 14 Serviced Apartments – for short or medium-term rental – and two guest rooms. During a period of 10 years, Corporate Housing Factory will be responsible for the renting out of these apartments. With these Serviced Apartments, they will be expanding upon their portfolio, which will allow them to better serve international companies, organizations and professionals.
Park Hoog Oostduin
The former Shell Head Office in the leafy quarter of Benoordenhout will be undergoing a metamorphosis. Architects cepezed have developed a unique concept that will transform this former head office into two modern, sustainable buildings – Hoge Duin and Lage Duin – with
61 apartments and 9 penthouses for sale and 146 apartments for rent, in the non-regulated sector.
The non-regulated rental apartments will become part of the Bouwinvest Residential Fund.
Further amenities are planned for the ‘plint’, such as a service point, guest rooms and recreational facilities, which will be available to all residents of Park Hoog Oostduin. These will be developed by Pinnacle.
The apartments are expected to be ready for occupation towards the end of 2017.
