May of 2017 saw the final year students of American School of The Hague undertaking a combined total of 624 Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate exams. Both programs require planning, hard work and, above all, a passion for their chosen subjects from both teachers and students alike. The class of 2017 performed exceptionally well and have the results to prove it.
Unique to the school is that it offers both IB and AP opportunities, and a combination thereof. In addition, it offers its own High School Diploma and specialized exams for students in the Special Needs classes. The school does not pre-select students for IB or AP study, but rather supports those students willing to stretch themselves and try these exacting courses.
