A Day in the Life of…When we think of traditional classrooms, we think of desks and chairs and the teacher at the head of the class – but if we think of teaching and learning rather than classrooms, our perspective on the learning experience broadens. Teachers no longer stand at the head of the class, but are facilitators in the learning experience for students – both inside and outside the classroom. Students at American School of The Hague (ASH) experience learning through a broad range of curricular and co-curricular activities, learning through various methods, which include hands-on experience and role modeling. Educating for the future is all about providing students with the problem-solving skills to address problems that we have not yet created.
